Field Data Division (Austin, TX and Longview, TX)
- Bullhorn® Remote Monitoring: The Bullhorn wireless telemetry system is comprised of a number of different devices
capable of remote monitoring for scheduled and by-exception inbound reporting, as well as two-way communication for on-demand reads and activating/deactivating equipment. The units offer the ability to capture and send information from remote equipment easily and provide 100% coverage via digital cellular (GSM), LEOS satellite (ORBCOMM), and GEOS satellite (Inmarsat D+) communication systems. Bullhorn devices collect scheduled reads (meter reads) and/or provide instant notification of alarm events via pager, fax, email and/or voice notification for a low monthly fee. Set up your personalized notification scheme and/or access data from the Bullhorn web site using your Internet browser. Bullhorn devices can also be upgraded to include an interrupter for IR-free CP reads.
- MicroMax® Interrupters: American Innovations offers two flexible, fully programmable, GPS synchronized current interrupters as part of i-series Survey Solutions-the MicroMax® GPS200 and MicroMax® GPS80. These interrupters offer a number of benefits and functionality, such as:
- Relay independent.
- GPS timing synchronization.
- Auto-resume of selected interruption schedule upon return of power after power loss, so it is not necessary to travel to the field to reset the interrupter.
- Interrupt multiple rectifiers with one MicroMax.
- User-defined interruption schedules: up to 4 in the MicroMax GPS80 and up to 9 in the MicroMax GPS200.
- MicroMax GPS80 in conjunction with a Bullhorn ICP remote monitoring unit can provide a remote GPS synchronized current interruption option.
- Allegro™ Field Computer: The Allegro Field Computer is the industry's most advanced, rugged, and versatile hand-held computer for gathering and managing pipeline and facility cathodic protection and field inspection data. The unit is a powerful Windows CE pen-based field computer with integral voltmeter and cathodic protection software applications optimized for use by pipeline field technicians.
- Pipeline Compliance
System (PCS): The PCS cathodic protection software (CP software) solution is the product of a team of experienced corrosion engineers and software development professionals. With over 1,800 installed sites at more than 175 companies throughout the world, the PCS database and application software are proven leaders in the pipeline and LDC corrosion and maintenance industry. PCS features scalable, modular software to meet your specific needs. The Cathodic Protection Data Manager (CPDM) module is the industry standard for regulatory compliance. The PCS database is fully ODBC compliant allowing for integration with other databases such as GIS, ERP, Asset Management and Enterprise systems.
